CSCM Heating & Cooling was started in July of 2004 by Jim Acra & Jimmy Bain. Jim and Jimmy have both worked for large, nationwide service companies in St. Louis, Missouri, Jim as the Service Manager and Jimmy as one of its top service technicians. While servicing customers' heating and cooling systems they noticed that there was a need for more personalized care for there customers; so, they ventured out and started Commercial Service Company (CSCM) of Metroeast.

In 2006 CSCM acquired a brand-new 5000 square foot office and warehouse in Roxana, Illinois and added two additional HVAC service technicians. Also in 2006, CSCM became a certified Trane dealer.

All of the CSCM Heating & Cooling service technicians have been trained in the service, installation and repair of all Trane products, including air conditioners, heaters, central air systems and the Trane CleanEffects™ system. CSCM also has two Trane Comfort Consultants that are certified in the design of new heating and cooling systems. CSCM technicians will be NATE Certified in 2007.

CSCM and its employees pride themselves in offering professional, personalized service. CSCM is also proud to offer warranty's on all of their new equipment.
